Care for someone with a bladder or bowel condition?
Ever feel alone or want to chat to others in a similar situation?
Then it is ‘Time 2 Talk’ at a new ostomy support group at Guy’s Hospital, London on Wednesday 18th July, 3.30pm – 5.30pm.
The event has been organised by Ifrah Mohamed, who decided to set up this group following her experiences as a fellow patient. As well as meeting other ostomates and patients, you will be able to get advice and information from a dietician, personal trainer, healthcare professionals and ostomy and appliance suppliers.
The event will also feature Adidas’ Soul Sisters Fitness, who will be talking about nutrition and exercise, Colostomy UK and The Purple Wings Charity.
Please don’t be shy. If you want support on how to live life to the fullest with your condition, come and visit the Time 2 Talk Support Group. For further information contact Ifrah Mohamed on 07463838718 or Viki Palmer on 07894276986.
