Delivery
This information applies to the sale of Just Can’t Wait Cards from bladderandbowel.org and is offered in addition to your legal rights.
The Just Can’t Wait Card is offered exclusively to customers in the UK and Northern Ireland. Once you have placed your order, you will receive your Just Can’t wait Card within 10 working days via Royal Mail.
If your Just Can’t Wait Card arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve this with you.
Returns
If you have purchased a Just Can’t Wait Card and wish to return it, please contact us within 28 days to request a refund. You must also provide proof of purchase in order for your request to be processed, and return the item to us within 14 days of requesting a return. Customers returning products to us kindly do so at their own cost.
In order to return your item, please proceed as follows:
- Email us with proof of purchase and your reason for returning your item to: help@bladderandbowel.org
- Once we have processed your return, we will email you to confirm.
- Please post your item in the original packaging (or suitable alternative) to the following address: Bladder & Bowel Community, Forward House, 17 High Street, Henley In Arden, B95 5AA
- Once your item has been received, we will process your refund within 10 working days.
Please follow the instructions above, as any items returned to us without prior communication can not be refunded.
Exceptions
We cannot accept a return if the product has been used, or damaged after it was received, IE through wear and tear.
Bladder & Bowel Community deliver the Just Can’t Wait Card exclusively within the UK. As such, we will not be able to cover the cost of postage to other countries, or cover the cost of returning items to us from outside the UK.
If you have requested a refund, this will be made to the account from which payment was taken. Refunds can not be made to a different account.
